Another anti crime initiative is coming from the National Security Ministry….with the blessings of Prime Minister Patrick manning.
National Security Minister Martin Joseph is confident that there will be change in the structure of the country’s security services, once the recommendations are implemented.
The recommendations are coming from retired Canadian Major-General Cameron Ross.
Minister Joseph yesterday said the proposals of Mr. Ross will provide the framework for the transformation which must take place in the services.
The minister also said the review of the security services by the Canadian Company HCR Security Limited international cost over three million dollars.
He also said Stephen Mastrostrofki’s work here is almost over.
It was Prime Minister Patrick Manning who last week revealed that the services of the retired Major General Cameron Ross were enlisted some time ago.
He said once implemented the proposals could help in dealing with the structures of the services.
