A ten year old girl, who was kidnapped in the presence of her grandmother in Diego Martin, has been released.

However the Police are searching for the P.H. driver who is alleged to have taken the child.

The man is said to have driven off with Reneca Ghent after her grandmother, Lorna Penco, got out of the taxi on Saturday evening.

Speaking with Newscenter 5 yesterday a relative of the girl Erica St. Louis said the grandmother was shocked by the action of the driver.

Ms. Penco made a report to the Police and two hours later the child was dropped off at the Rich Plain Gas Station.

She was unharmed.

There have been no arrests yet.
