Reports say the suspect was detained on Monday after he was said to be found in possession of an illegal fire arm. According to police, at around 10:45 yesterday morning they heard strange noises coming from the cell block of the station. Upon investigating, they say they found the suspect lying on the floor with a cord tied around his neck. He was rushed to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex where he remains warded.
