Conceptualized out of a desire to produce ethical journalism for the people of Trinidad and Tobago, and the international community. It all started when Louis Lee Sing, Tony Lee, Dale Enoch, Jerome Lewis and Ian Lee Sing ventured on a long and arduous journey on December 7th 2001 to establish Citadel Limited the premiere broadcasting media center in Trinidad and Tobago.
